Where are Jacques Solovière shoes manufactured?
All our collections are designed in Paris and handcrafted in high-end family-owned workshops in Italy and Morocco, using only the finest Italian leathers and suedes.
How do I choose the right size?
Our shoes generally run true to size. However, for our iconic 'Ray' model, we recommend taking one size smaller than your usual sneaker size. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
